Appearance
Physically, as a Chiropteran Queen, she has stopped physically aging at 16 but she can shapeshift to alter the appearance of her age to make people think she is twenty-two or to look like other individuals but she can only change her red eyes to be reddish-brown. When she is stimulated and often in battle mode, her dark red eyes will glow red. She has a pale complexion and stands at 5'4". She has dark red hair that reaches slightly past her shoulders. After transforming, she will revert back to her 16-year-old appearance.

Personality
Xiaohui loves exploring and traveling to other places as in the distant past; she and her elder twin, Ying Yue, ventured further into Asia. She tends to charge straight into suspicious activity or a battle. Xiaohui is affable, serius, and devoted to her work. Depending on her mood, she can be curt or cheeky. She is elegant and sophisticated. She romanticizes space and loves learning.
She is willing to do what is necessary to maintain a peaceful world and can be very intelligent but has trouble with not rushing into situations without thinking of the consequences.
To accompany Qiluo on a sweets tour, go into space (later achieved), and travel the world.

Specialties
As a Chiropteran Queen, she can shapeshift to alter her appearance, but her red eyes can only be changed to reddish-brown. When she is stimulated and often in battle mode, her eyes will glow red. She can grow fangs, claws, and shapeshift into her true Chiropteran form but on rare occasions will she resort to that method. She can manipulate her vocal cords to imitate the voices of others or simply to alter her voice. She also has superhuman strength and telekinetic abilities. She can instantaneously heal from injuries. Due to the curse placed on her bloodline, her blood is poisonous to her twin and can cause her to fatally crystallize. She can also drink blood and be able to extract knowledge or memories from it at will.
She has the precognition Evol. She has foretelling dreams, visions that can later be accessed through touch.

Background
Xiaohui and Ying Yue are the daughters of Xiaodan and Qiuyue’s imperial guard, an English man with dark red hair and his hair color was inherited by his twin daughters. Xiaodan wanted to give her twin daughters names similar to hers and her elder twin, Qiuyue. At some point in the past, Ying Yue and Xiaohui traveled further into Asia.

Her father said you have your mother’s red eyes and my red hair, you’re like a beautiful flame, our little light. Her father also noted that Xiaodan and Xiaohui were very similar in that not only did Xiaodan give Xiaohui a similar name aside from them having the same eyes but that both are kind and beloved by many. He even stated that both mother and daughter are similar. Xiaodan remarked in response to that comment that their similarities must be why they get along so well. Even though Xiaodan respected her daughters’ wishes to venture further into Asia, she made them promise to take care of one another, and to return safely because she could not bear to lose both. Xiaohui’s father said to Xiaodan that their daughters are their beautiful creations and Xiaodan lovingly agreed with him.
Ying Yue is Xiaohui’s elder twin sister and the two of them were often together. Ying Yue told her “My name means “Reflection of the moon” and your name means “little light”. My eyes are as blue as the moon and your eyes are as red as the sun. Even though the sun and the moon are both far apart, they both work together to bring light to the world. You must shine brightly o matter what, Xiaohui.” They both ventured into Asia in the past and in modern days, Xiaohui and Ying Yue call each other every week.

Out of Japan and within the current amount of the awakened Jovian Moon Sailor Guardians, Sailor Ananke is the eldest and also possesses a great deal of physical strength and magical power despite her appearance.
Angelina Wáng aka Sailor Himalia
They are first cousins once removed and as fellow Red Chiropteran Queens, they get alone well. Céline, their relative and fellow Jovian Moon Senshi refers to them as “the disastrous duo” as Xiaohui doesn’t hesitate to charge into suspicious situations while Angelina tends to charge in and rely on her lightning powers. On the occasion both Xiaohui and Angelina do investigate a suspicious situation, they tend to ruthlessly fight their way out of tricky situations. Xiaohui likes biking and introduced Angelina to it and Angelina found that she likes biking as well. They enjoy biking, doing swordsmanship, and engaging in physical sparring together. They also share a love of traveling and they like listening to each other’s traveling stories.
Céline Wáng aka Sailor Ersa
Xiaohui was surprised to find that Céline was the reincarnation of Yeh Shen and that her previous lives and current life are different versions of Cinderella. Xiaohui was also appalled to hear of Céline’s painful past and wondered how she could be treated so terribly. She even rebuked Céline’s elder twin sister, Céleste, for treating her so horribly which made Céleste feel ashamed looking back on her past actions. After Céline spoke about how she inherited the Fairy Dress Shop to repay for her past sins and renamed it to Aterlier De Lune, a place that provided clothes for people in need and people with powers, Xiaohui was amazed by how Céline decided to run things and praised her generous heart. Xiaohui was impressed by Céline’s clothes making skills and loved the outfits Céline designed for her. Céline bakes sweets for Xiaohui and Xiaohui enjoys her pomegranate desserts.
Tia Gaille aka Sailor Adrastea
In Xiaohui’s previous life, she was the incarnation and daughter of the goddess, Ananke, making her Adrastea’s elder half sister during the Silver Millennium. When they met each other in their current lives, Tia asked her if she could call her “big sister”, making Xiaohui blush, smile, then reply “Of course!” Although they are not related in their current lives, they share a sisterly bond with one another. Xiaohui and Tia also both don’t hesitate to investigate suspicious situations, and both are protective of the other. Xiaohui was horrified to learn of Tia’s past and was glad that Tia has a better life now. They happily talk about each other’s love lives and balancing having multiple male partners with each other.

Electricity emerges from the Ananke emblem and covers the rose petals. As she continues to spin, she is fully transformed. She cups her hands together as she faces forward, has her lips in a closed smile as process red rose petals brush against her lips to give them gloss then bends her right arm while pressing her thumb behind her right hand and holds her left palm up before a salmon pink colored Ananke.

Inspirations
Thanks to my coauthor cousin for helping me figure out her color scheme as a senshi. Her birthday, personality, hair color, and Japanese voice claim was inspired by the main character of Mr. Love Queen’s Choice. The main character of Mr. Love Queen’s Choice has the trope “Curtains Match the Window” as in the game, she has dark brown eyes and dark brown hair but as I wanted to make my character a Red Chiropteran Queen and I had an undeveloped Red Chiropteran Queen original character hence I wanted her to have dark red hair aside from her being ethnically half English. My coauthor cousin helped me double check whether there were English people with dark red hair in olden times and we found that Queen Boudica has dark red hair. Her interests in art, chess, origami, and butterflies were inspired by the motifs of Lucien in Mr. Love Queen’s Choice. He’s my least favorite love interest in Mr. Love Queen’s Choice hence he will not show up in Sailor Ananke’s fanon, but his motifs are cool hence I used them for Xiaohui. What her elder twin sister, Ying Yue, told her and her transformation pose were inspired by the Chinese drama, Moonlight Mystique.
