About Neptunian Guardians
As Neptune is the planet of the seas, all Neptunian Guardians can manipulate the element of seawater and can willingly transform into merpeople when submerged in the sea. Sailor Neptune’s Deep Aqua Mirror is a valuable talisman hence all of the Neptunian Moon Guardians have mirror charms that signify they are Princess Neptune's guardians on their back bows and mirrors contained in iridescent bubbles in their transformation items, the Gloss Rods. All Neptunian Moon Guardians have choker pendants, short gloves, and collars without any stripes. They also all have weapons.
