When she is stimulated and often in battle mode, her blue eyes will glow light blue. She has a pale complexion and stands at 5'2". She has long, straight, black hair that reaches to her lower thighs buttocks. After transforming, she will revert back to her 16-year-old appearance.

Céline makes a good leader, but the problem is that she likes things to be done neatly. She is smart as she can figure out solutions and delegate tasks that are suited to certain people. She appears to be charming and has sophisticated taste. She is hardworking and takes great care in her work. Aside from being good at housework, she is an excellent singer and dancer. Although she is very considerate, she can make biting remarks when it comes to another’s sloppy work or errors and cunning.
Her strong points are being able to figure out solutions and designate tasks to people but has trouble with being able to not fuss over whether things are orderly.

Background
In Céline's previous lives, she was other versions of Cinderella before reincarnating as a Blue-eyed Chiropteran Queen and her life was the inspiration for the Cendrillon / Cinderella we know now. Her father was part human, part fairy because her paternal grandmother was a fairy making her a quarter fairy. She heard the tale of Yeh Shen, the Chinese Cinderella, and purposely dropped her glass slipper to attract attention from Prince Xavier (from Love and Deepspace). As she inherited magical dresses in a chest: a dress with all the colors of the sky, a dress the color of all the clouds that go by, a dress the color of the moon, a dress as bright as the sun, and a dress like the stars in the sky from her fairy godmother and to atone for her sins in previous lifetimes, she became the owner of the Fairy Dress Shop which made her magical dresses and strives to make magical dresses for female mortals in need. She renamed the Fairy Dress Shop to Atelier de Lune and expanded it to include male fashions and provide for people with powers and one of her clients was Mamoru Chiba in an semi-conscious state before he became Tuxedo Mask.

They are second cousins once removed as Céline’s mother, Belle, is Angelina’s second cousin. Although they don’t mind explaining the technicalities of their relationship, they still see each other like first cousins. Angelina likes Céline’s cooking and Céline will tailor dresses that suit Angelina’s tastes. Céline taught Angelina how to cook and Angelina paid Céline with her ruby tears for the dresses she makes her. Angelina likes watching Céline make dresses and Céline is willing to teach her how to make dresses. They both like singing together and cooperate in battle as Jovian Moon Guardians.
Xiaohui Wáng aka Sailor Ananke
Xiaohui was surprised to find that Céline was the reincarnation of Yeh Shen and that her previous lives and current life are different versions of Cinderella. Xiaohui was also appalled to hear of Céline’s painful past and wondered how she could be treated so terribly. She even rebuked Céline’s elder twin sister, Céleste, for treating her so horribly which made Céleste feel ashamed looking back on her past actions. After Céline spoke about how she inherited the Fairy Dress Shop to repay for her past sins and renamed it to Aterlier De Lune, a place that provided clothes for people in need and people with powers, Xiaohui was amazed by how Céline decided to run things and praised her generous heart. Xiaohui was impressed by Céline’s clothes making skills and loved the outfits Céline designed for her. Céline bakes sweets for Xiaohui and Xiaohui enjoys her pomegranate desserts.

Electricity emerges from the Ersa emblem and covers the rose petals. As she continues to spin, she is fully transformed. She moves her arms to the sides with both sets of fingers raised up as she faces forward, has her lips in a closed smile as hot rose petals brush against her lips to give them gloss then she poses before a celeste-colored Ersa.

Her dominant color is celeste , and her accent color is pastel yellow. Her collar has three white stripes on it. She gains a hair accessory made of pearls and 8 silver leaves that she wears on the right of her bangs next to her right ear, earrings with four transparent light blue beads on top of the golden chain, three transparent light blue beads near the bottom of the golden chain, a golden cap on the top of the teardrop pearls on the ends of the chains, and wears celeste heels with roses and heart charms dangling from the roses.

Inspirations
Thanks to my coauthor cousin for helping me develop this original character who is Saya and Diva’s second cousin once removed and thanks to my cousin for helping figure out her secondary fuku colors, approving of my jewelry and shoes choices for her senshi form, and choosing the color of her earrings. Céline is heavily based on Cinderella as she was meant to be the Chiropteran Queen who inspired the tale of Cinderella, and her previous incarnations were other versions of Cinderella. Her attack “Era Hibiscus Cake!” is inspired by how in the Chinese drama, Moonlight Mystique, Bai Xi wanted to use morning dew to make hibiscus cake. The concept of being bound to the Fairy Dress Shop to repay for her sins which she renamed as "Atelier de Lune" was inspired by the Kdrama, Hotel Del Luna, in which Jang Man-Wol is bound to the Guest House of the Moon to repay for her sins and in modern days, Jang Man-Wol renames the Guest House of the Moon to Hotel Del Luna.
